Abstract

 

Abstract

                        The thesis is the objective to study the administrator’s the teacher’s opinions for the academic management of Thonburi of Primary Schools in Bangkok and to compare the administrator’s and the teacher’s opinions for academic management at Thonburi Primary Schools in Bangkok according to the testing hypothesis including the gender, the age, the level of education, the experience, the position, and capacity of school by Survey Research and the exemplary groups. Who and the administrators and the teachers  in five Primaries Schools, namely : Watrajchakeu School, Watkantatararam School, Watkhunchan School, Watbangsakeanok School, Watbangsakeanai School of the total numbers of 108 persons. The instruments used here are the questionnaires of five levels. The data were analyzed by statistic tool such as frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, and one – way ANOVA, the correlation coefficient. The level of significance was used to test hypothesis at 0.05 the level of

                        From the research, it is found that.

                        1. From the 108 persons administrator’s and the teacher’s opinions, it is found that most of the answerers of the questionnaires are female at the percentage of 81.5, of the ages between 21 to 40 years at the percentage of 47.2. They all have the stages of education at M.A. at the percentage of 66.6., with the working experiences at the percentage of 27.7. They work in Primary School which have not some students more than 500 persons at the percentage 62.9. In the total form, some average in the total form, the administrator’s and the teacher’s opinion for academic had been found that between the many and the medium. The level of significance was used to test hypothesis at 0.05 level of.

                        2.  From the comparison of the administrator’s and the teacher’s when separate by the age found that some of administrator’s and the teacher’s opinion by means of total had not be different. The level of significance was used to test hypothesis at 0.05. When it is classified separately, it is found that the administrator’s and the teacher’s opinions are not different. The level of significance was used to test hypothesis at 0.05. That is to say, the teacher’s opinion for academic management have been more than seven parts of administrator, The level of significance was used to test hypothesis at 0.05 level of.
