The teachers should promote organizing the learning activities, allowing the students to exchange their knowledge as a team with the content linked to life, wisdom, environment and community of students by coordinating and seeking cooperation from the community and learning resources outside the educational institutions to give students a better understanding of local and world cultures. In organizing such learning activities, the teachers should consider the interests, aptitudes and needs of students according to the differences between individuals and they should have the application of a variety of innovative teaching media allowing students to express and think creatively.
