The objectives of research paper were (1) to study satisfaction for management of Buddhism charity schools: A case study of Anubanwatcho         tithayakaramsongkoh school Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province (2) to study compare’s satisfaction for management of Buddhism charity schools: A case study of Anubanwatchotithayakaramsongkoh school Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province (3) to study the problem obstacles and suggestion of development satisfaction for management of Buddhism charity schools: A case study of Anubanwatchotithayakaramsongkoh school Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province classify by personal factors. The research methodology was the mixed method research that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 188 parents of the students in Anubanwatchotithayakaramsongkoh School Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency percentage mean sigma and qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 8 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

The findings of this research were as following:

1. Satisfaction for management of Buddhism charity schools: A case study of Anubanwatchotithayakaramsongkoh school Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province overall was found in high level with average at mean of 4.04 when considering the aspect found that in high level all aspect the aspects that has the most general management at mean of 4.04 the aspects with the lowest all aspect the aspects that budget management at mean of 4.01.

2. Compare’s satisfaction for management of Buddhism charity schools:     A case study of Anubanwatchotithayakaramsongkoh School Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province classified by gender age educational background and occupation found that there were no differences in all aspects which rejects the hypothesis.

3. The problems and obstacles for management of Buddhism charity schools : A case study of Anubanwatchotithayakaramsongkoh school Damnoen           saduak district Ratchaburi province as following: duplicate coordinating the activities There is no change in management or rotation in the school give power to one person for too long Knowledge about the use of media is minimal Lack of budget to buy media Money received from the government is not enough capital management is limited the resignation of the teacher which caused the personnel to not keep up coordination that is wrong understanding doesn't match. And the suggestion for management of Buddhism charity schools: A case study of Anubanwatcho           tithayakaramsongkoh school Damnoensaduak district Ratchaburi province as following: additional training promote further education to develop create media and actually use foundation fund development motivate teachers to teach appropriate compensation and promote effective collective work processes.
