Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the participatory management of the administrators of the Buddhist Scripture School in the Sangha Region 1, 2) to develop the participatory management of the administrators of the Buddhist Scripture School. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). The research methodology was a combination of quantitative research by questionnaire to investigate the development of participatory management. The sample consisted of 205 samples. The statistics were percentage, mean, deviation Workshop on Personnel Management and Training of 10 persons / person, interview form, data analysis by content analysis.

The research results found that :

Management of participatory management of the Ecclesiastical Administration. The Department of Monks in Region 1 found that co-thinking and analyzing problems together. Allows teachers and students to think and show potential. Think of it as a joint action plan. By mobilizing resources from all parties. The collaboration of all parts within the school from the administrator. Teachers and students Get the plan. To share or to share responsibility to meet the plan or goals. Keep track of the work done and solve problems during work. Together, think and develop better. The system must be cooperated with all parties to monitor and evaluate continuously. Co-operative thinking and the relationship between the developed and developing partners Equal and more generous.

Development of participatory management of the administrators. The righteousness in the Buddhist monastic region 1 was found to be the highest. And the usefulness, appropriateness and feasibility. The mean scores were at the high level, respectively.
