Abstract

This dissertation has three objectives, (1) to development Early Childhood Education Management. (2) to study Policy, and Buddhist Integrated Management. (3) to present the trend. This research is documents with descriptive and in-depth interviews.

It was found that Early childhood education management were arrangement experience and encourage the development for example body, temper, mind, social, and the intelligence equilibrium and full follow the latency.

This dissertation is about the Early Childhood Education Management: policy, and Buddhist integrated management must had the true friend to advise support, help and good precedence gives with a child. Education was compose activity learning and activity was use in the everyday, evaluation, behavior body the social, mind, and intellect. The development and learning of a child prime, as follows, 1) The development. 2) The awareness in responsibility had participation in development the child. 3) Taking truth problem state that happens. 4) The applying and 5) The innovation.
