The aims of this research were: 1) to study the current conditions and problems in managing the Buddhist Way Schools; 2) to develop the model for managing the Buddhist Way Schools; 3) to present the management model for the Buddhist Way Schools of Mahasarakham Primary Education Service Area Office 3. This mixed research was conducted in 3 phases: Phase 01: study the current conditions and problems in managing the schools by observation, interview, analysis of relevant information from books, texts, Buddhist academic works and research in order to daft the model; Phase 02: develop the model by examining the model by using the group dynamic of the experts before trying out the model; Phase 03: study the model trail by using the satisfaction evaluation after trying out the model. The data obtained then were interpreted by the descriptive analysis based on the following statistics: Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation.
