Abstract

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1) to study the  Sangha Administration accoding to Good Governance of Administrators in Sanom District, Surin  Province, 2) To compare the  Samgha Administration accoding to Good Governance of Administrators in Sanom District, Surin  Province, and 3) to study the problem  Samgha Administration accoding to Good Governance of Administrators in Sanom District, Surin  Province.

This research was a combination of quantitative research with a sample of 261 Buddhist monks. The instrument used for the questionnaire was a self-reported questionnaire measuring 0.942 self-collected questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using social engineering program. Statistics used in the research include: Quantitative research and Qualitative Research with in-depth interviews. The key informants are the interviewers. Data analysis with descriptive content analysis.

The research found that

1) Samgha Administration accoding to Good Governance of Sanghamanistrators in Sanom District, Surin  Province.Province Overall, it was at a high level. The mean score (  = 3.55, SD = 0.645) was found to be at the high level of 5 aspects, namely, the rule of law (  = 3.60, SD = 0.721). The mean (  = 3.57, SD = 0.717) was the responsibility (  = 3.55, SD = 0.740). , SD = 0.734). Participation (   = 3.54, SD = 0.745) and transparency (  = 3.48, SD = 0.694).

2) Comparison of the opinions of the monks. : Samgha Administration accoding to Good Governance of Sanghamanistrators in Sanom District, Surin  Province. Personal factors such as age, rainy season, education, Education It was found that monks of different ages had opinions on the monks' ruling according to the good governance of the monks in Amphoe Sanom. 3) Problems and obstacles in the administration of Sangha monks in Sangkhom district. Surin Province found that the monk's lack of legal knowledge. Do not listen to anyone in the workplace, think of themselves as big. And the decentralization of government. Unclear Suggestions for getting feedback from others. Should decentralize the government, focusing on the participation of all parties to define duties and regulations clearly. Follow the rules of the temple to use the power. And listen to the opinions of the people around the temple. The monks should organize activities to reduce unrest. The community leader should be involved in persuading people in the community to participate in the activities of the temple regularly. All parties work with accuracy and provide opportunities for all parties to comment.
