ABSTRACT
The main objectives of this research were: 1) to study management for weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province by using the 4M, 2) to integrate Buddhadhamma for management in weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province, and 3) to study the way of application of Buddhist principle for weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province. The quantitative research was condcoted in this study. The sample consisted of 175 member of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province. The tool used for data collection in the study was Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by statistical techniques such as frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One Way Analysis of Variance).
The results of the Study were concluded as follows :
1. Buddhadhamma for weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province are Iddhipada 4 (4 Path of accomplishment)
2.The overall opinions of towards application an integration of Buddhadhamma for weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province were found at the high level with the average of 3.83. Having considered into each aspect, it was ranked at the high levels in all aspects, ranging from the most to the least in terms of mean scores as follows : Chanda (will) 3.95, Vimamgsa (Investigation) 3.85, Citta (Thoughtfulness) 3.79, and Viriya (Exertion) 3.74, respectively.
3. With regard to the comparison of integration of Buddhadhamma for weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province classified by personal data i.e. status, sex, age, education, member of group, it was found that status, sex, age, education, member of group have no significant differences, at 0.05 level of confidence.
4. for problems and obstacles of integration of Buddhadhamma for weaving management of Ban Thumtao Arkatamnuay District Sakonnakorn Province. the study revealed that Chantha (will) : Low income is not enough to sustain life., Viriya (Exertion) : The weaving a multi-step process takes a long time to complete, Citta (Thoughtfulness) : Most members are elderly people. The new version has fewer. Vimamsa (Investigation) : Some members do not understand their role. The Suggestions to improve these showed thati) for Chanda (will) : The government should support the budget . And Public Relations., Viriya (Exertion) : The government should provide training to educate about the fabric pattern design., Citta (Thoughtfulness) : Parents should cultivate unique in the textile dye indigo for our kids., Vimamsa (Investigation) : Everyone should have a goal in life.
