Abstract

Abstract

             This thesis has the following three objectives: 1) to study of applying for Itthipada Principle of academic administration under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study of the efficiency of academic administration under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) to study the relation between applying for Itthipada Principle and the efficiency of academic administration under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population used in this research included 202 school administrators of the 2558 academic year under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group used in the research, determined of Krejcie and Morgan, included 132 school administrators of the 2558 academic year. The instrument used for the research this time was a questionnaire created by the researcher with a confidence interval of .990. The statistics used in this study include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and statistical correlation using the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.

             The results found

             1) The applying for Itthipada Principle of academic administration under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, was at an overall high level. When considering each aspect, by sorting the means in descending order, it was found that satisfaction had the highest mean. Second to that was diligence and consciousness. Investigation had the lowest mean.

             2) The efficiency of academic administration under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, was at an overall high level. When considering each aspect, by sorting the means in descending order, it was found that curriculum and course administration had the highest mean. Second to that was the management and supervision of teaching. The measurement and evaluation of education had the lowest mean.

             3) the relation between applying for Itthipada Principle and the efficiency of academic administration under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, had an overall positive relationship at a statistical significance level              of .01. When considering each aspect, it was found that the relation between applying          for Itthipada Principle and the efficiency of academic administration under Nakhon                Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, every aspect had an overall positive relationship at a statistical significance level of .01.
