Abstract

Abstract

 

              The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to compare building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province  by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions of building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province.

 

          This research was applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 298 operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province. The tools of the research were questionnaire and in-Depth interview from the 8 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One-way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.

 

 

 

Results of the Research

 

              1. Overall, building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province was at the high level (=3.24). When considering each aspect, it was found that Piyavaca (kindly speech) was at the highest level (=3.52). Then, Attacariya (useful conduct) and Samanattata (equal treatment) were (=3.48).  However, Dana (giving) was at the lowest level (=3.22).

 

2. The comparison of building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province  by classifying on the personal factors found that the employees having the different gender, age, degree of education, status, position, year of working and income had no the different opinion to building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied. 

          3. The problems and obstacles of building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province were that the commander was not strict and fair. The employees rarely listened to the other’s opinion. The commander had the bias to the employees.  The suggestions for building the work motivation in Buddhist integration of operating officers at CP All Company Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province were that the commander should be strict and fair. The employees should listen to the other’s opinion. The commander should be trained from the other organization to apply the new knowledge in the working. The employees should be supported from the commander. Moreover, the employees should cooperate together. The employees should be developed in getting the knowledge and capability. The commander should set the budget in the Information Technology.
