            This research work is of the aims :- 1. to study the human beings lives in Buddhism, 2. to study the state of being Anicca-Lakkhana of the human beings life in Buddha, 3. to study the way of practice according to the principles of teaching about Anicca-Lakkhana in Buddhism.

            From the research, it is found that Buddhism mentioned about the human lives which are of 5 organs helping one another in the system and in the process. What in called Satva and Buggale, the body, we and they. Thus, they are the supposed words called 5 Aggregates which come together which are Pupa, Vedana, Sanna, Sankara and Vinnana. In shorts they are called Rupa and Nama.

            The Buddhism these is the mention of the human lives which are of the characteristics of Impermanence which are the Five Aggregates conclusively called the human beings Pupa and Nama which are impermanent, not stable and always changing all the time. For example, at the early birth, it is the young child. After they are grown up to be the youths, the become old and at last they die. When the human beings see the real truth according the Doctrinal principles in Buddhism that the change is according the causes and the factors, they must believe in the matters of Karmas. The human beings lives with the 5 aggregates can change all the time and not permanent. At last, they must go away from this world. So, the human beings can bring the principle of teaching called Anicca in Buddhism to be used in carrying out their lives and their families.

            The way of practice according to the principles of teaching about Anicca-Lakkhana in Buddhism consists  1. Tisikkha at the beginning start which is the bodily training by practicing one and observing the Silas. In the middle state, it is the training of the mind by practicing Samatha Kammatthana to cause the mind to be well established. At the high state there is the training of the wisdom by practicing Vipassana Kammatthana.  2. Four Noble Truths which the people must know :- 1) Dukkha in Five Aggregates  2) The Causes of Dukkha which are Tanhas.  3) The extinguishing of Dukkhas, That is Nirvana. 4) The Way to be away from Dukkha by practicing according to the eight Maggas.  3. The Principle of Appamana Dhammas, when a person understands  the principles of the Four Noble Truths, he or she will not cause himself, the family and societies to be in trouble, by his carrying out his life with the mindfulness and without Appamada, such as not to be connected with Apaya-Mukkhas and with the effort in aways getting rid of the defilements with the mindfulness in practicing Samatha Kammatthana and Vipassana Kammatthana.
