Abstract

 The objectives of this study were: 1) to study an application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub-district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang rai province. 2) to compare an application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub-district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province by Classifying as individual factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggestions an application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub-district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province.

The study methods were used the mixed research methodology: quantitative research by using the random of the officers of sub - district administrative organization of Thoeng district, Chiang Rai Province, 142 people from a total population of 219 people by random sample using the formula of Taro Yamane. The data collections were questionnaires and data were analyzed by using ready computer programme for social sciences research. The statistical analysis of population data were frequency, percentage and perspective statistical analyzed by an application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub-district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province with the Frequencies, the Means and the Standard Deviation. The describing and testing hypotheses of personal factors were t- test in order to test the differences between two average groups and the F-test by using One Way ANOVA to test the differences between the average of three or more and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD, and the qualitative research by In-Depth Interview with the primary key informants and engaging content analysis context.

 

The Findings of the research  were found  that 

The staff reviewed to the application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub - district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province was at a high level (=3.67) when considered of each aspect of the Charity, Kindly Speech, Friendly Aid and the impartiality. It was found that the staff reviewed the perspective of an application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub-district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province were high level in all aspects 

The perspectives of officers to the application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub-district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province were classified by gender, age, education, marital status, personal monthly income of workplace. It was found that the persons who were different experiences working, they also had the different opinions by statistically significant at the 0.05 level. So the hypothesis research was accepted as the staff with different workplaces, they had different opinions by statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Therefore, the hypothesis research was accepted too. Out of these staff are silent so the hypothesis researches were not accepted. 

The problems and obstacles of the perspective of the application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub - district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province was found that the official sub - district colleagues had more missions in charge: divisions and department, it was reduced their generosity and helping the others. They viewed that other responsibility was not belong to them. There are no unity between them and more selfishness. There is double standard system within the organization. Therefore, the impolite words were used between colleagues because they claimed that they are so close to the chief executive. Moreover, the chief executive also used impolite words to workers as well. Thus, the colleagues do not have enough time for social services because they have to work as the government's willingness and service mind is still less in the general. 

Suggestions for the perspective of the application of the Buddhist doctrines of human relations for sub - district administrative organization in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province found that training service mind should be planned for better attitudes and ideas and unselfishness. Moreover, all colleagues should be participated the training to cultivate the morality for the benefits and unity of the organization as well as sharing and opening mind in order to co-operate between colleagues for the benefits of organization as main point. Colleagues should have verbally politeness to each other and the chief executive should provide an operating the outside projects in order to the officials performing for social services. The organization should issue the rules / regulations for working together as the real practice in order to colleague’s harmony.
