The Model of Human Resource Development Based on Buddha Dhamma of Public Schools in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract

 There are 3 objectives in this research: 1.Study the problem and difficulty in Human Resource Development of Bangkok Metropolitan schools 2.Study concept, the Human Resource Development theory and Buddhism go with the Human Resource, and 3. Present the format of Human Resource Development according to the Buddhism suitable for Bangkok Metropolitan schools. The researcher uses the mixing research, for example, qualitative research, for example, specified interview, such as, 20 persons high, medium and low administrators and 5 monks, totally 25 persons with TAC, text analyses questionnaire forms and resulting 378 person samples with percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

On the result, found that:
1. Problem status and difficulty in human resource development of Public Schools in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration found that the whole three aspects; such as, training, education and development of teachers’ training project that many trainings were not exactly right to the request that lack of participation,lack of confidence in school management, decentralization, allotment of budget to personnel developmentunder his own interesting, undependable in difference, distargeting in living that make boring to teachers and not bring the knowledge to develop his own responsibility as usual. On the study and development, due to the teachers along consideration and realize to the living target, requirement of progress and development of position, each teacher; therefore, further their education in higher level to have such knowledge for self development and adjust such knowledge to work further.
2. Concept: The Human Resource Development Theory and Buddhism comply with the Human Resource found that every organization must develop human to increase knowledge, talent, skill, behavior, mind and intelligence to create practical efficiency in organization, including to realize self valuable to organization and make moral and willpower to personnel and make progression in promotion and lead the organization to target and objectives efficiently.
3. The model of human resource development along with Buddha Dhamma of Public Schools in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration found that:
3.1 Form of training, found that, the teachers with good behavior under the policy of administrators of high, medium and low, On meditation, found that, to know how to bring modern situation to lead that idea, knowledge and during teaching they should be taken into the technical knowledge to create good institute, the curriculum from others should be mentioned .Upon being into the teachers’ system, the institute or university must concentrate into the teachers’ soul and mentioned more in academic knowledge all around but never classified whatever academy.
3.2 Form of education, found that, the enhancement on moral of the teachers in Bangkok depend upon the policy of all levels of administrators in consideration in context of Buddhism, in meditation, found that, on enhancement opportunity to the teachers, to study more meditation besides education enhancement. Dhamma study and intelligence, found that, it should have been related to the monkhood study to create the correct intelligence characteristic, especially, with 5 senses of hearing in listening to the sermon, thinking in analyses and inviting the Dhamma preacher.
3.3 Form of development, found that, the teachers’ with good education must use all philosophy and sciences, ability in management, intelligent and awareness, having plan in development of Buddhism, organization culture, context of all meditation sides, found that, the development of meditation to be the one with good mind is the original mind to the society. Teachers’ spirit must be an example for students to get in touch of a person with good mind. And an intelligence, found that the role development to be a perfect teacher, particularly the knowledge from education and from work experience with positive spirit in viewing the colleagues personnel for resulting and assessment of human development resource under Buddhism of Bangkok Metropolitan schools found that: 1/ The form of teachers’ training found that, in conclusion, is in much level 4.12. 2/ Form of official teachers’ education, found that, in conclusion, is in much level 4.08. 3/ Form of official teachers’ development, found that, in conclusion, is in much level 4.15
