Abstract
The objectives of this thesis were 1) to study the role of school in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I, 2) to compare the role of the schools in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I divided by status and experience,and 3) to study method of the schools in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I.The populations and examples used in this study were 437 administrators and teachers, collected by means of Simple random sampling. The research instruments applied in this study were questionnaires. And, the statistics applied in this study were Frequency, Percentage,Mean, Standard Deviation(S.D.) and content analysis.
The result of the study found that the role of school in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I, a whole resulted in high scale ( =4.02).While examining in each aspect, the opinion resulted at the highest scale which could be categorized from largest to the smallest as following : honesty and integrity 
( =4.80), love of nation, religion and king ( =4.79) , and avidity for learning ( =4.68).
The comparative religion and educational directors and teachers opinion over the role of school in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I,deviating from working-position, found that those who have different position have no different opinion in all aspects. Thus, it opposed to the set hypothesis. Moreover, those who have different work-experience, a whole, have no different opinion over the the role of school in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I. Again, it opposed to the set hypothesis. 
For the strategies in promoting the moral and ethical conduct of the school under the role of school in supporting moral and ethics to students under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area I to a student, the study found that the schools should organize various moral and ethical conduct training activities in accord with 8 desirable characteristics as depicted in the Basic Education Core Curriculum 2008,and consider each desirable as follows :1) Love of nation, religion and king :National anthem singing, 2) Honesty and integrity : moral and ethical training at the weekend, 3) Self-discipline:follow school rules and regulations, 4)Avidity for learning :use library,5) Observance of principles of sufficiency economy philosophy in one’s way of life: saving income with school banking project, 6) Dedication and commitment  : community work and social services, 7) Cherishing Thai-ness : dressing Thai traditional dress and participating on Buddhist auspicious days,8) Public-mindedness: social service and dedicated in developing the community whenever it is needed.
