The purposed of this research were: 1) To study teaching and learning administration on teacher curriculum in Luanprabang Teacher Training College 2) To compare the opinions of students withteaching and learning administration on teacher curriculum in Luanprabang Teacher Training College 3) To study the suggestions and guidelines for teaching and learning administration on teacher curriculum in Luanprabang Teacher Training College. An example groups of students amount 370people and used collect the data to analyzed is finding the frequency, percentage , mean and standard deviation and test for the (t-test) , one-way analysis of variance (One. - Way ANOVA).

The Students opinionon teaching and learning administration on teacher curriculum in Luanprabang Teacher Training College, Lao People 's Democratic Republic as a whole had maximum. considering it was found that in the six areas Ascending Descending include instructional media, the measurement of results curriculum and teachers, the method of teaching and activity, compare the opinions of students with teaching and learning administration on teacher curriculum in Luanprabang Teacher Training College and separated sex showed that the overall difference was statistically significant at 0.05 and the students have a different opinion on the activity which is consistent hypothesis.
