Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The study was conducted with mixed method research consists of qualitative research and quantitative research with the three main objectives, i.e. (1) to study                   The Management of Pali Studies Schools in Samutsakhon Province (2) to study the relationship between personal factors The Management of Pali Studies Schools in Samutsakhon Province and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions on the Management of Pali Studies Schools in Samutsakhon Province The research was conducted by the quantitative data of the monks and novices involued in the teaching and learning in schools Pali Studies Schools. Informants of 232 were used for data collection consisted of questionnaires to analyze data by frequency Percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D). and using the chi-square ( ) test for relationships between variables by statistical significance level of 0.05.

 

 

 

 

 

The results of research are found that ;

1. Analysis of the Management of Pali School in Samutsakhon as is overall is high level.

2. The relationship between personal factors The Management of Pali Studies School in Samutsakhon Province found that position / role lent a secular education, education and religion, and effective management of the school ecclesiastical Pali Buddhist Scripture. Laborers relationship which accept hypothesis all set.

3. The interviews showed that the learned theologian Bali. Is necessary because Students will gain knowledge of the Buddha in Buddhist Scriptures. And to the knowledge. Follow the teachings of the Buddha. The naturalistic course Bali provincial administration said. Everyone is involved, and a critical part of management education. Both executives. And the students. Must develop the capacity to share. To join the Confederate forces and responsible role. Their own responsibility. On the agenda in accordance with the criteria laid down. All parties must come together to recognize the defect correction plan for growth and development effectively.

4. The problems as to lack of attention and responsibility of the ligher ranks of Sangha administrators. However, the program is made by the come and responsility of the abbots of each schools to provide head and management to school.

The suggestion is made to suguest the legues Sangha administrators in Samutsakhon Province to be are for and those Pale Studies Schools respecally fund be rased to help those schools carried on.
