Abstract

 

Abstract

The main objectives of this study are: i) to study the administration according to Iddhipada IV of Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thung Song district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, ii) to compare the opinions of employees in the administration according to Iddhipada IV of Subdistrict Administration Organization of Thung Song district, Nakhon Si Thammarat, classified by personal factors, and iii) to study the problems and suggestions on the Administration of Iddhipada IV of Subdistrict Administration Organization of Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The survey research was carried out in this study. The sample consisted of 258 employees working in the Subdistrict Administration Organization, Thung Song District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The tool used for data collection was questionnaire with reliability value equal to .931. The collected data was analyzed by using program for Social Science research. The statistics employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard derivation and F-test.

 

 

 

 

The findings of this study were concluded as follows:     

1. The overall the opinions of respondents towards administration according to Iddhipada IV of Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Thung Song district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province were found at high level (  = 3.88). Then considering from each aspect, it was noticed that all four aspects of Iddhipada IV  were ranked at high levels.

2. The comparison of the opinions of employees in the administration according to Iddhipada IV of Subdistrict Administration Organization of Thung Song district, Nakhon Si Thammarat. Classified by personal factors such as sex, age, marital status, level of education, working experience and income. The study showed that personal factors were noticed no significant differences even at 0.05 level, thus rejecting the formulated hypotheses.

3. The study of problems and suggestions about administration according to Iddhibada IV of Subdistrict Administration Organization of Thung Song district, Nakhon Si Thammarat indicated that there were three main causes, firstly about the executives themselves: the power of unilateral decision making and problem of management is not neutral, secondly with subordinate personnel, lack of maturity of the unreasonable temper no reason to the decision in the work, thirdly about the environment both inside and outside the organization, because the workplace is close to roads and communities, causing noises. personnel did not have the ability to concentrate, including lack of internal management rules about public service.

Therefore, for the management of the organization, executives must rely on neutral precision, recruiting people to work where knowledge can match and the most important is to organize the work procedures to suit the environment.
