ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research are: (1) To study the lao sangha administration in socialism in accordance with monk students’ opinions of Ongtue sangha college, lao people’s democratic republic (2) To compare the monk students’ opinions of Ongtue Sangha College to The Lao Sangha administration in socialism lao people’s democratic republic In respect of personal characteristics (3) To study the problems obstacles and guidelines of the Lao Sangha administration in socialism in accordance with monk students’ opinions of Ongtue sangha college lao people’s democratic republic. Perform this research by survey research data ingather by using questionnaire equipments with the sample groups were monk students of Ongtue sangha college, Chanthabuly district Vientiane, lao people’s democratic republic in number of 250, data analysis by frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation (S.D) t-test f-test (one way ANOVA) and compare the least significant different (LSD).

The results of this research found that

              The monk students opinions of Ongtue Sangha College to The Lao Sangha administration in socialism lao people’s democratic republic. All four functions such as Governance, Education, Propagation and Social work are results found in middle level. If separated in each functions found that one high level was Governance and the three middle levels were Education, Propagation and Social work. If compare the monk students’ opinions of Ongtue Sangha College to The Lao Sangha administration in socialism lao people’s democratic republic. found that monk students are different in status, age, ordination year and class have not difference in opinions all the factors
