Abstract
This is aim to study “School Personnels’ opinion on the practice of discipline of primary school pupils in Phrapradaeng municipality” The objective is to study the opinions of school personnel in the discipline of students of primary school under the municipal Phrapradaeng. To compare the opinions of staff in school to discipline of students with elementary schools under the Municipal Phrapradaeng.. By the background of teachers were sex,, age, work experience, level of teaching and school size. Data were collected from a sample teachers and students of òöõ people. Questionnaires were used as a tool to study. Data analysis using the percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test. The one-way analysis of variance by One way Anova. The results were as follows:
