Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

              The study entitled ‘The Development  Operation of  Buddhist School  at Clongsamwa     

District Bangkok  Education Area  Office 2 ’ was a survey research  to study the ways of the development  of  Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa of Bangkok  and  to compare   the   ways  of the development of Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa of Bangkok  classified  according     to the respondent’s status. The sample of the study was the Board of Directors and teachers                       of  Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa. A Stratified Random Sampling method was                   used to draw 126 respondents based on the table of a sampling design of  Krejcie & Morgan  divided as the proportion of each school. Statistics used for the data analysis was percentage, mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test. The results of the study were as follows:  

 

The results of the research are:

1. The result of the data analysis of the development of Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa under the Office of Bangkok Education Area 2  to find out the average  ( ) and Standard Deviation values it was found that in general the development of Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa under the Office of Bangkok Education Area 2  in all the aspects was moderate and while considering each aspect it was found that 3 ones were high and 4 aspects  were moderate. The aspect  with the highest average value was the preparation step, the runners-up were the dissimilation of the outcome and personnel development respectively  and the aspect with the moderate value was the organization and others, i.e., the evaluation process, learner development and promotion were of respective values.

   2. The result of the comparative analysis of the development of Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa under the Office of Bangkok Education Area 2  divided according to male and female through t-test it was generally found that  it was not significantly different at 0.05 level and it was individually found that it was not significantly different  at 0.05 level. 

                   3. The result of the comparative analysis of the development of Buddhist Course Schools in Klong Samwa under the Office of Bangkok Education Area 2  divided according to age, family status, qualification, income, period to participate in the programme and school size  through the One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA was as follows:

              3.1  To the aspect of age it was generally found that it was not significantly different at 0.05 level and it was individually found that the aspect of the personnel development (teachers) was  significantly different at 0.05 level.

              3.2  To the aspect of the marital status  it was generally found that it was not significantly different at 0.05 level  and it was individually found that it was not significantly different at 0.05 level.

              3.3 To the aspect of qualification it was generally found that it was not significantly different at 0.05 level and it was individually found that the it was not also significantly different at 0.05 level.       

              3.4  To the aspect of the period to participate in the programme  it was generally found that it was  significantly different at 0.05 level  and it was individually found that the it was not significantly different at 0.05 level.  

              3.5  To the aspect of school size it was generally found that it was not significantly different at 0.05 level  and it was individually found that the aspect of the personnel development (teachers) was  significantly different at 0.05 level.
