Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

 

                     A research study at this time has the purpose to study personnel management as the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas of those who manage grade school education of Phraparitattithamma division, Muang District, ChiangMai Province which has got Five sides: personnel planning, personnel provision to operate in the duty, personnel development, personnel maintenance, and practical estimation of personnel to compare with personnel management according to the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas as Sex, Age, education Qualification, ranking and working experience. All population used in the study at this time amount 88 monks/ persons, used instruments: Questionnaire that researchers made up and having confidential value 0.95, statistic used in data analyse : Frequency, percentage, Mean, standard Deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison. All data analysed by using Window’s readymade program.

 

The result of research were found that:

                     1. Personnel work management level of grade school education of Division of Phrapariyattithamma schools, Muang District, ChiangMai province, all 5 sides, physically vision is in high level when considering each side, it is Found that every side is in high level by the way of arrangement of average grade from high level to love one, such as the side of personnel provision to operate in duty, personnel development, personnel maintenance, personnel planning and practical estimation of personnels.

                     2. The comparative result of executives and teachers having difference of sex and ranking, difference of attitudes in personnel management as the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas just having statistic important implicitly 0.05, which is equivalent to hypothesis that executives and teachers have difference of sex and ranking and difference of attitudes in personnel management as the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas but executives and teachers have difference of age, education Qualification and working experience, but there is no difference of attitudes in personnel management according to the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas just having the statistically important implicitly at the level 0.05, which is not equivalent to hypothesis that executives and teachers have difference of age, education Qualification and working experience

                     3. Comparative result of executives and teachers who have difference of ranking, difference of idea in personnel management as the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas just having important implicitly at the level 0.01, which is equivalent to hypothesis that executives and teachers have difference of ranking, will have different idea in personnel management according to the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas in the level of grade school education of Division of Phrapariyattithamma schools.

 

                     Suggestion

                     The research study at this time is to know personnel management according to the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas of executives of Phrapayattithamma schools, Muang District, ChiangMai province. Executives should take suggestion of teachers to join and consider in finding out the good or bad points of view in personnel management as the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas of executives of Phrapariyattithamma schools at Division of grade school education. Those who manage education should take the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas to apply in personnel management suitable with work and executives should encourage as well as give knowledge and understanding in the matter of personnel management as the principle of 7 Sappurisathammas.
