Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

              The purposes of thist research were as follows: 1) to study the institute administration of the administrators according to Sappurisa-dhamma of maewong District Nakhonsawan Province 2) to compare the opinions towards the institute administration of the administrators according to Sappurisa- dhamma of Maewong District Nakhonsawan Province 3) to study the problems, barriers and suggestions for the institute administration of the administrators according to Sappurisa-dhamma of Maewong District Nakhonsawan Province. The sample of this study consisted of 371 respondents. The method of the study was survey research. The research tool was questionnaires which have been analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The tests of hypothese have been done by t-test, One Way ANOVA and least Significant Difference: LSD. And summarized the problems, barriers and suggestions by analyzing the synthetic data.

The findings of the study were concluded as follows:

              1) The opinions of the institute administration of administrators according to Sappurisa-dhamma, the results showed that most of the respondents were males for 81 persons which was equal to 42.90 percent. The majority of the respondents were aged between 21-30 years old and above for 56 persons which was equal to 29.60 percent. The respondents’ positions for the most of the respondents were the teachers for 168 persons or 88.90 percent. The most of respondents graduated with bachelor degree or equivalent was 151 people (79.90 percent). In terms of work experience, the majority of respondents had work experience of 5 years or more for  106 persons representing 56.09 percent.

              2) The opinions of institute administration of the administrators according to Sappurisa-dhamma of Maewong District Nakhonsawan Province as a whole were high average (x=3.95). when considering to each dimension it was found that there were high average in all dimensions.

              3) When comparing the opinions of institute administration of the administrators according to Sappurisa-dhamma of Maewong District Nakhonsawan Province classifying by gender, age, responsible position, educational level and work experience. It was found that gender, educational level and work experience had no significant difference to teachers and administrators opinions. However, teachers and staffs were significant difference in their opinions towards institute administration due to age and position

              4) The problems and barriers of the institute administration of the administrators according to Sappurisa-dhamma were 1) the administrators used rules and regulations more excessive. 2) The administrators managed the institution without goal. 3) The administrators lack of confidence in institute administration. 4) The administrators spent the fiscal budget more than existing budget. 5) Project management was not consistent with the timing. 6) The administrators did not have a good relationship with people in the organization. 7) The administrators did not put the right man in the right job.

The  suggestions for institute administration were as follows:

              1) Used rationale to match the situation 2) The administrators should have a clear goal in institute administration 3) The administrators should build confidence in themselves. 4) The administrators should have a budget that was appropriate for the project. 5) The project of institute should meet the reasonable period of time. 6) The administrators should have good interpersonal skills with both internal and external organization. 7) The administrators should be used personnels to fit the jobs.
