Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                        The objectives of this research were : The purpose is to study the leadership of teachers and administrators of  sangha  college , vientiane capital,  the lao people’s   democratic   republic. Metropolitan walled Mon Compare Lao People's Democratic Republic  of teacher leadership and management disciplines of  sangha college , vientiane capital,  the lao people’s democratic republic. Education and subject to The development  of teachers and  administrators, of  sangha college , vientiane capital,  the lao people’s democratic republic.                       

                        Samples of teachers and administrators from the 85 / The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire scale. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (One-Way ANOVA) using the statistical analysis software products.                             The research, found that : The results of the study of  the opinions  of  administrators and teachers on the leadership of the teachers and administrators, of  sangha college , vientiane capital,  the lao people’s democratic republic. The  overall high level in all aspects. Descending order of the Labour leader's vision.  Leadership, the  relationship  between the institution  and  the community. Leadership ability, motivation.  Leadership as a role model.  Leadership, intelligence, and witty. Leadership in their respective counties.

 

 

            The suggestions are asfollows:  Suggestions about the administrators’ leadership at the College of sangha, self-motivated to work for the college with loyalty, 2) vision was rated highly, but staff and spending should be given more consideration when implementing the vision, 3) A good role model or examples for others should be more inclusive of every action expected of an educational administrator, 4) the relationship between the College and the community could be more clear, 5) the intelligence of academic administrators was rated highly, and 6) The  main   rule of administration should give everyone equal rights. The administrators must be of the neutral minds in doing their duties and handing over the work to the able  persons  who are suitable for the work.
