Abstract

 

                This Study Entitled “ Personnel Administration According To Brahmavihara IV of Executive Group IX Under Surin Primary Educational Area Office III” was Three objectives 1) to study the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind (Brahmavihara IV), 2) to compare the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind (Brahmavihara IV), and 3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestion to the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind (Brahmavihara IV) of executive group 6 under Surin primary educational area office 3 in the academic year 2555 with the total number of population 140 people. The independent variable was gender, age, qualification, position, and working experience and the dependent variable was the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind classified in 5 aspects, namely, (1) personnel planning, (2) recrutement, (3) staff development, (4) staff maintenance and  (5) output evaluation. The instruments used to get information in this research were questionnaires about the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind and opinion questionnaires on problems, obstacles, and suggestion to the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind. It had statistical questioning confidence of 0.94. the statistic computed in the data analysis was Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe’ and context analysis.

                The results of the study were as following :

1) From the study of this time, it found that the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind (Brahmavihara IV) of executive group 6 under primary educational area office 3 in all overall was generally high in average value, while individually considering it was found to be high in all aspects from the most to the least, namely, staff scrutinizing, and staff development found in the same value, and ordering down output evaluation, personnel planning and staff maintenance respectively.

2) the comparison of that the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind (Brahmavihara IV) of executive group 6 under primary educational area office 3 was found that the administrators and teachers with differences of gender, age, qualification, position, and working experience had the personnel administration according to Brahmavihara 4  variously and the statistical significance of .05

3) the suggestion to the problems and methods of the personnel administration according to the four Sublime States of Mind (Brahmavihara IV) of executive group 6 under primary educational area office 3 were the administrators should put the staffs or personnel in to their qualified fields with their abilities, skills, favorites because of theirs, it could turn to be successful task easily. Besides of this, the encouragement or giving a support to the staffs during their duties should cover to all as fair as possible and should take the four sublime states of mind to practice continuously and seriously by the administrators’ model in all areas.
