This study had 3 main objectives: 1) to study the concept on Buddhist Educational Philosophy of Phra Brahmapandit (Prof. Dr. Prayoon   Dhamnajitto), 2) to study the concept on Buddhist Educational Philosophy of Prof. Dr. Saroj Buasri and 3) to study the integrated concepts and applying Buddhist Educational Philosophy into educational management between Phra Brahmapandit and Prof. Dr. Saroj Buasri. This study was a qualitative research focusing on the study of some documents consisting of Tipitaka, commentaries, other religious books, documents and writing of both Phra Brahmapandit and Prof. Dr. Saroj Buasri, including some related research papers on Buddhist Educational Philosophy

The results of this study revealed as follow:

3) Studying the integrated concepts and applying Buddhist Educational Philosophy into the educational management between between Phra Brahmapandit and Prof. Dr. Saroj Buasri, it revealed that most of Phra Brahmapandit concepts pointed out the outstanding presentation of examples or matters whch could get along with Adhicittasikkha (Training in higher mentality) such as Samadhi (concentration). For Prof. Dr. Saroj Buasri’s concepts could get along with Adhisilasikkha (Training in higher mentality) such as Sila (moral). Due to the integrated concepts, it appeared that they dealt with Adhipannasikkha ( Training in higher wisdom)  such as Panna (wisdom). Phra Brahmapandit concepts emphasized on the complement of Buddhist Educational Philosophy called Jathusadom of Educational ( The management of governing in the old time of Thai society) which meant to the development of capacity focusing on both teaching Yonisomanasikara ( wise attention) and providing the learners to screen raw data into new knowledge, including the management of human resource by emphasizing on providing freedom to think according to the principle of Yonisomanasikara that the learners could seek for some knowledge by themselves all the time. For Prof. Dr. Saroj Buasri’s concepts pointed out on the definition of education which having the goal to teach the learners to create wisdom prosperity. And for the aspect of teaching method, it was found that he emphasized on the teaching method of wisdom by holding on Panna-dhamma (perception on reasons, consideration to understand the matters of things to reach to the fact) in meaning the teaching and learning process.
