Majjhimāpaipadā is the important principle which appears in the Mahāgopāla-Sutta. It is called the way of practice to get rid of all kind of suffering. They are the way of practice by the Noble  Persons. The Noble Paths consist of 8 organs:- Sammā-Diṭṭhi,which is state of right view classified to be the mental wisdom.Regarding  the other 7 paths, they are the path that support the Sammā-Diṭṭhi.

The practice  of  Vipassanā Bhavana in Buddhism means the practice in Sammā-Sati.  It is to develop with mindfulness on 4 bases :- Kāyanupassanā  Satipatthana is the mindfulness in the body,Vedhanānupassanā Satipatthana is the mindfulness in feeling,Cittanupassanā Satipatthana is the mindfulness in mind and Dhammānupassanā Satipatthana is the mindfulness in Dhamma to practise in 4 Sathipathanas is the only one way to extinguish the existance, the birth and the round of rebirth.
